Returns and Exchanges
We pride ourselves in offering the highest quality merchandise. Customers have 14 days to return any unwanted merchandise. Any returned item must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging, if applicable. Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange item or a size, or receive a refund. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Order Status/Confirmation
After your order has been submitted, a confirmation page will appear with your order number.
You will receive an email "receipt" confirming your order with 4Hour World Productions. The email receipt will come from info@4hourworld.com

Change Your Order/Address
If you find that a mistake was made at any point during the order process and that a change must be made, please contact customer service immediately after placing the order. However, changes to an order are not guaranteed due to our auto-approval process, and an order cannot be changed once it is processed at our "warehouse", so please be mindful of the color, size and other specifications of the item while placing the order. Please feel free to get in touch with our customer service team if you have questions or concerns at any time during the ordering process and one of our representatives would be happy to assist you.
Once your order has been processed by our "warehouse", sorry we can no longer cancel or make any changes to your order.

For added safety, we do not store credit card information on our web server after your order has been processed. This significantly reduces the chances of Internet credit card fraud. Personal information that you provide to us is maintained in secured and private files on our internal systems.
We will not sell or release your email address or any other information to any other parties.
It is our policy never to send private information, such as your credit card number via email.
